"Galloping Through the Water"
"Galloping Through the Water" is part of an ongoing project called "Crin Blanc" (White Mane). This series of photos focuses on the indigenous white horses of the Camargue in Southern France. This photo depicts these beautiful white horses running through the marsh where they live.
Biography: Originally a classical musician, a printmaker, and an abstract painter, Sarah Corbin has been a fine art photographer since the early '80s. A specialist in landscapes, equine photography, and alternative techniques, she has taught all levels of photography at Herbert Lehman College, Bronx. She shows regularly at Soho Photo Gallery in New York and has won numerous awards in juried shows throughout the USA. A lifelong equestrian, Sarah has photographed many equestrian sports events and her travels throughout the world always include photographing domesticated and wild horses.
