"Before the Return" is part of an eight image series funded through a Grant from the Women's Museum of California for a solo exhibition during Women's History Month 2013. The series, "Aftermath" addresses issues surrounding women at risk. This image depicts the chaos of a woman's life when in the throes resulting from the emotional trauma of abuse."
