"Old Oak"
The free-flowing shape of an oak tree imposes itself on the surface of a building whose design suggests highly regulated exposure to the outside world.
Biography: Robert Holmgren has shot assignments for a wide variety of publications such as Time, Newsweek, Fortune, and National Geographic. Much of this work involved environmental portraiture of prominent individuals. At the same time he has maintained a steady production of personal picture taking and is currently focused on producing prints from this work as well as in ongoing personal projects.
