"Bird herding"
Every end of the summer, swallows gathered on power lines to fly south. Once the excavators arrived and built a massive concrete pole in place of a wooden three-legged pole and laid a new, thick power line. Recently, swallows have been disappearing. Maybe this new construction is to blame, maybe it's proof that the birds are disappearing from our landscape. But the photo from the bird gathering reminds me of old times, my childhood.
