"Labia Minora"
Biography: Self-taught but visually educated by the cinema, my black and white photographs seem to be sometimes inspired by the codes of this medium, including mostly those of film noir. The execution of my urban paintings is a spontaneous exercise that is only dictated to me by the light and my feeling of the moment.
Almost never directly observed, my characters when they are present, are only lonely silhouettes, evanescent shadows or anonymous, fleeing the frame. This echoes to the recurring themes of my work which are loneliness, passage and absence.
