Biography: Salvatore Valente was born in Ostuni, Italy on 10 June 1960. He began his career in the '80s and took part in several international photography competitions.
During his professional career as a photojournalist, he has made several solo exhibitions, achieving considerable success and his images have won international photography competitions.
He is the author of books about Puglia and also the producer of many postcards depicting his hometown Ostuni.
