"THE BUCK STOPS HERE"

Behind every image there is a story. I shot this beautiful blackbuck, an endangered species, at jayamangali forest in the outskirts of Bangalore. I reached this location in the morning and waited for this buck. I parked my vehicle and was on foot carrying heavy equipment, when I saw this buck and followed it until I took the shot. I walked a lot and realized I missed my water bottle. It was mid Oct and sunny. When I thought to go back I realized I lost track and I didn't know how to return. I spent nearly 2hrs in hot sun almost dehydrated before I could trace the path back to my car. Now I realize the struggle was worth it.
