Biography: Now living in Maryland, but born in New York, photographer Jan W. Faul has traveled across the U.S. to portray vibrant landscapes and distinctly American creations. Jan has spent 40 years portraying historic sites in hundreds of locales. He has been awarded grants from the Graham Foundation for Advanced Studies in the Fine Arts, James Foundation, the National Endowment for the Humanities, and he is a member of the ASMP Hall of Fame. His work is in the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History, Gallery at UMBC, Corcoran Gallery of Art, Hirschhorn Museum, Houston Museum of Fine Arts.
