"Misty Morning"
Biography: My current photographic style is strongly influenced by my painting work which I have done for over two decades now. When painting and photographing I pursue the same themes.
Initially I used my photographs as inspiration sources for my paintings. However, more and more I started to like the great possibilities of the digital darkroom. This is for me the counterpart to my painting studio. I love to develop digitally a photograph on the computer and to print the result on fine art paper. For me, this is a very creative and challenging process, similar to accomplishing a painting on canvas.
