Biography: Brian Ach's fine art photography evokes a sense of melancholy, stolen moments, and a sense of being by one's self while in the company of others. He enjoys the process of film, the ritual, the exactness of the medium, which leads to a heightened sense of awareness while working. Trained in the art of street photography by John Strazza, he learned to let the photograph come to him, rather than chase moments. Quiet observations on humanity, loneliness, and beauty mark his work.
Brian's day job consists of working with Getty Images and AP Images, documenting the world's biggest happenings.
