Biography: Fenqiang Liu began studying drawing during his middle school years. During college, he discovered his interest in photography and pursued it after completing his BA in Chinese literature. Liu's photography journey continued when he worked as a cameraman for geographic educational videos in China, where he refined his skills in videography and photography. Then, seeking further education, Liu ventured to the United States to earn his MFA in Cinema and Photography.
