Jetta Goudal was a beautiful Dutch silent film star, but never transitioned to talkies.
Biography: Born in France, but raised primarily in New York and California.
Began career as an art director in a boutique agency. Shortly thereafter, started taking photographs for commercial assignments. Self-taught primarily by studying images of Man Ray, Lillian Bassman, Irving Penn and other greats.
In 2005, relocated to Christchurch, New Zealand.
